Marinated feta

  • 250 grams piece of feta (whatever feta you prefer)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Small handful sesame seeds
  • Finely chopped parsley
  • Quarter piece shallot, finely chopped
  • Freshly chopped red chili (just a touch)
  • Crushed marcona almonds


  1. Whisk all wet ingredients and then add all dry ingredients and mix together well.
  2. Pour marinade over feta and enjoy with crunchy bread.
  3. Ideally, prepare marinade‎ a few hours before serving so flavours incorporate well.
