Maple tahini sauce

The perfect sauce to use for whipping up healthy bowls, salads or side dishes. This maple tahini sauce is only five ingredients and ready in under five minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Salt, to taste

Directions

  1. Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Use leftovers to assemble a bowl. I.e. A base of Quinoa topped with Roasted Sweet Potatoes, grated Carrots/Beets, Crumbled Feta, Pumpkin Seeds, Pomegranate Seeds, and Pan Fried Tofu Cubes.
  3. Drizzle sauce over the top of the bowl just before serving.
