Maple mule

A sweet cocktail for any summer occasion.

TOTAL TIME

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces Canadian Whisky or vodka
  • .5 oz lemon juice
  • .5 to .75 ounces of maple ginger syrup
  • 3 ounces soda water
  • 3-5 dash of bitters on top (float)
  • Mint or Rosemary in cocktail, for garnish

Directions

  1. Make a ginger syrup with maple, water, and fresh ginger.  Heat and cool.
