Mango lassi

  • 1 cup super ripe frozen mango
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 3 teaspoons sugar (more or less to taste)
  • The seeds from 4 cardamom pods


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth. Enjoy! :)
