Mango lassi

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (480 milliliters) yogurt
  • 3 cups (720 milliliters) frozen mango cubes
  • 1 cup (240 milliliters) milk
  • 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) honey
  • 1/2 cup (120 milliliters) ice
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 milliliters) cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 milliliter) cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 milliliter) salt
  • Sprinkle of cardamom, to garnish
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon, to garnish

Directions

  1. Add yogurt, frozen mango cubes, milk, honey, ice, cinnamon, cardamom and salt to a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into four frosty glasses. Serve with a sprinkle of cardamom and cinnamon.
