Lemon chia fresca (chia limeade)

Ingredients

  • 1 liter of cold water + 1 cup
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1/3-1 cup of fresh lime juice (depending on how strong you want to make it)
  • 1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves (packed)
  • Stevia Simple Syrup to taste (2-3 tablespoons)
  • Ice to taste
  • Lemon & lime wedges

Directions

  1. Mix chia seeds with one cup of water. Let it sit for ten minutes, rinse in a strainer and set aside.
  2. Mix four cups of cold water with lime juice, add the chia seeds.
  3. Sweeten with Stevia Simple Syrup (to taste).
  4. Garnish with mint leaves.
  5. Serve over ice.
