Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 milliliters) kefir
  • 1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) honey
  • 3 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
  • 1 bunch of green grapes, frozen
  • 3 tablespoons (45 milliliters) oats

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
