Ingredients

For meat lovers:

  • 1/3–1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 3/4–1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled and cooked Italian sausage
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
  • A few slices thinly sliced pepperoni or spicy genoa salami
  • Pinch dry Italian seasoning, optional

Pesto chicken:

  • 2–3 tablespoons basil pesto
  • 3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4–1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 2 tablespoons diced roasted red pepper
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Pinch dry oregano, optional
