Keto cheesy garlic bread

  • 1 recipe Easy Keto Pizza Crust
  • 2–3 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 2–3 cloves garlic, very finely minced
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped parsley
  • Kosher salt
  • 3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese


  1. Prepare the Easy Keto Pizza Crust recipe as you would for pizza but feel free to use a 23 centimeter square baking pan if you’d like a different shape.
  2. For the toppings, beat together the room temperature butter, minced garlic, and parsley and season with kosher salt. Spread this mixture over the inverted crust then scatter with the cheese. Broil for three to five minutes or until golden and bubbling.
  3. Allow to cool for a few minutes then cut up and serve.
