Chilled vodka (could use citrus vodka if you have it)

30 millilitres (1 ounce) fresh lemon juice

148 millilitres (5 ounces) Peller Estates Ice Cuvée Rosé

Lemon twist or raspberries
Directions
- Pour vodka and lemon juice in a champagne flute swirl to blend. Top with bubbly and gently swirl to again to combine. Garnish with lemon twist or raspberries.
