Horseradish dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 milliliters) sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 milliliters) onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 milliliters) garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) chopped chives
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish, Dijon mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, chives, salt and pepper to a bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Serve with sweet potato rosti (see recipe).
