Honey ginger lemongrass tea

Ingredients

  • 1.3 centimeter piece of fresh ginger, sliced
  • 2 cups (480 milliliters) water, boiled
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, trimmed, and gently crushed with a rolling pin
  • 1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) honey

Directions

  1. In a teapot, add honey, ginger and lemongrass. Pour over boiled water.
  2. Steep for ten minutes.
  3. Enjoy!
