Homemade Tomato and Smoked Bacon Pasta Sauce

Ingredients

  • 400 grams of Tomatoes Sauce
  • 200 grams of Cream
  • Olive Oil
  • 200 grams of Smoked Bacon
  • 100 grams of Onion
  • Aromatic Herbs (fresh Sage, Rosemary, Parsley, Basil)

Directions

  1. Chop the Onion, and place in a frying pan with a few tablespoons of olive oil. Stir, frying the onions for a few minutes. Add the smoked bacon.
  2. Cook for a few minutes and add tomatoes. After 10 minutes add cream and some rosemary. Cook for another 10 minutes.
  3. Add fresh parsley and basil at the very end.
