Herbed croutons

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of bread sliced or torn into desired shapes/sizes
  • Oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh or 2–3 teaspoons dried herbs of choice

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet.
  2. Lightly coat the bread chunks with oil and season to your liking with salt, pepper, and chopped herbs.
  3. Bake until golden brown, about eight minutes. Cool, then store.
