Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon chopped herbs
- Whipping cream or full-fat coconut milk
Herb whipped cream for sweet dishes:
- Powdered sugar
Directions
- Add one tablespoon of chopped herbs to ice cube slot.
- Top up with whipping cream or full-fat coconut milk.
Herb whipped cream for sweet dishes
- Let herb whipping cream cube(s) thaw slightly before whipping in stand mixer or with hand mixer.
- When fully thawed and liquid, top with more whipping cream and whip while incorporating desired amount of powdered sugar.
