Herb whipping cream or coconut milk

  • 1 tablespoon chopped herbs
  • Whipping cream or full-fat coconut milk

Herb whipped cream for sweet dishes:

  • Powdered sugar


  1. Add one tablespoon of chopped herbs to ice cube slot.
  2. Top up with whipping cream or full-fat coconut milk.

  1. Let herb whipping cream cube(s) thaw slightly before whipping in stand mixer or with hand mixer. 
  2. When fully thawed and liquid, top with more whipping cream and whip while incorporating desired amount of powdered sugar.
