Healthy-ish cereal milkshakes

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups flaked corn cereal, plus more for garnish
  • 2-1/2 cups (600 milliliters) milk, divided
  • 3 cups (700 grams) vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 milliliters) vanilla

Directions

  1. Pour measured cereal and two cups (240 milliliters) of milk into blender jug. Do not blend. Place blender jug in fridge for 30 minutes to soak.
  2. Add remaining milk, frozen yogurt and vanilla. Blend until smooth, adding more milk if needed. Serve topped with crumbled cereal.
