Hank's poppin' Saskatoon sour

Ingredients

  • 30 milliliters (1 ounce) Kvas Lavender Jasmine Simple Syrup
  • 22 milliliters (0.75 ounce) Saskatoon Shrub
  • 1/4 tube. Ms. Betters Miraculous Foamer OR 1 egg white
  • 60 milliliters (2 ounces) vodka
  • Pop Rock Rim Garnish with skewered Saskatoon Berries (or blueberries if you don't have fresh ones handy).

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake until chilled or "too-cold-to-hold". Strain out ice and shake again (dry shake). Run a lemon slice around rim of rocks glass and rim in pop-rocks. Add ice to glass and double strain cocktail over top. Garnish with skewered Saskatoon or blueberries.
