Grilled pineapple

A fun summery appetizer straight from the grill.

Ingredients

  • ½ pineapple (whole), peeled and cored
  • 2 teaspoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup unsweetened flaked coconut, toasted

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium high heat and slice pineapple. Brush with honey and sprinkle with chili powder. Grill for a few minutes per side until you get grill marks. Serve with greek yogurt and coconut.
