Grilled cheese tower

Ingredients

  • 2 loaves focaccia bread sliced in 1 centimeter thickness
  • 2 cups shredded white cheddar
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Malden salt

Directions

Can be made as a pyramid, or displayed on a tiered stand.

  1. Build all sandwiches and lightly oil a skillet on medium heat. Grill sandwiches on both sides on repeat until exterior is crispy and cheese is gooey. Build sandwiches like a pyramid, using full sandwiches for the base and half sandwiches as you get higher (note you can use a box pyramid to build the sandwiches on). Garnish with olive oil, grated Parmesan, and Maldon salt.
