Grilled asparagus

Ingredients

  • 10 asparagus, lower third of stalk trimmed
  • Olive oil, for grilling
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Place asparagus in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and toss to coat.
  2. Drizzle oil into grill skillet, and heat on the stove.
  3. Add asparagus and cook until tender, eight to ten minutes, turning to cook both sides.
  4. Use to top fonio pilaf (see recipe).
