Greek potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) powdered chicken stock
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 milliliters) salt
  • 1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) ground black pepper
  • 4 medium-sized potatoes

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C).
  2. Combine smashed garlic cloves, lemon juice and zest, olive oil, dried oregano, powdered chicken stock, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Cut potatoes into wedges, then add to bowl and toss to coat. Transfer to parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
