10 cups popped plain popcorn (3~ bags or 1/3 cup kernels, popped)
1 tablespoon salted butter
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup finely ground Parmesan cheese
¼–½ teaspoon garlic salt
Put your popcorn into a large bowl and set aside.
In a small pan or microwave safe dish, melt together the butter and oil and toss it onto your popcorn. Scatter the Parmesan cheese and garlic salt over the popcorn and give it all a final good toss before serving.
