Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (120 milliliters) mayonnaise
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 milliliter) salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 milliliter) pepper

Directions

  1. Add mayonnaise, garlic, olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper to a bowl. Whisk together to combine.
  2. Serve with crispy polenta fries and crunchy coated fish.
