Flourless dark chocolate chip cookies

A (surprisingly) healthy batch of cookies makes any day a good day. 



  • 1 cup pumpkin seed butter (or any nut butter)
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 organic omega-3 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder


  1. Preheat your oven to 350F.
  2. In a medium bowl mix all ingredients together. 
  3. Carefully fold in the chocolate chips to the batter.
  4. Dollop a tablespoon of cookie batter on a parchment (unbleached) covered baking sheet.
  5. Bake for eight to ten minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let cookies cool for 10-15 minutes. They will harden once cooled.

*Store in the fridge
