Flat belly smoothie

  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon nut or seed butter (pick one you digest well)
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon collagen powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • A few drops stevia or monk fruit sweetener (to taste)


  1. Place all ingredients in the blender and mix until smooth
