Festive berry trifle

A super cute berry trifle that adds flair to any holiday party. 


Total Time


  • 1 store bought vanilla or gold pound cake, cubed
  • 1 package store bought Cool Whip
  • 2 cups fresh berries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 170 grams white chocolate bar
  • 6 mason jars (170 gram jar)


  1. In a bowl, combine the berries, sugar and vanilla and allow them to macerate. This simply means to marinate the fruits and soften them up a little.
  2. Arrange the mason jars in an assembly line.
  3. Layer with cake, fruits and whipped cream. Then grate white chocolate over the top. Repeat the layers until you reach the top. (Press down a little on each layer of cake so you can pack in some more love!)
  4. The topping should look like it snowed white chocolate on it. Beautiful and whimsical!
