Evergreen gin and tonic

Ingredients

  • 100 milliliters (1.5 ounces) gin
  • 90 - 120 milliliters (3-4 ounces) tonic water
  • 3-4 drops Black Cloud "evergreen" bitters"

Directions

  1. Combine gin and bitters in a collins glass, then fill with ice. Top with tonic and garnish with a lemon slice.
