  • 45 milliliters (1-1/2 ounces) brandy or cognac
  • 15 milliliters (1/2 ounce) lemon juice
  • 15 milliliters (1/2 ounce) real maple syrup
  • 3 apple slices
  • Pine and apple garnish


  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker or mason jar 1/2 filled with ice. Shake until chilled and strain into a martini/coupe glass. Garnish with pine needles and apple slices.
