Elegant but fantastically budget-friendly.

Ingredients

  • Prosecco
  • Angostura bitters
  • 1 sugar cube per glass

Directions

  1. Soak the sugar cubes in the bitters.Drop one in each champagne flute filled with prosecco or cava. Use prosecco or cava as less expensive than champagne.

Cost at bar: approx. $10.00 per drink
Cost at home: $1.14 per drink
