Elderberry Immune Mocktini

Feel a summer bug coming on? Elderberries and Echinacea are a traditional remedy for fighting colds and flus. This mocktini will have you looking like the bell of the ball by increasing collagen production due to its high vitamin C content.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons elderberry or bilberry juice
  • 2 tablespoons sparkling water
  • 1 tablespoon honey syrup*
  • 1 teaspoon Echinacea tincture
  • garnish Orange and lemon wedge
  • garnish mint leaves (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients, stir well and serve in a martini glass. Enjoy!
  2. *To make a simple honey syrup, mix one cup warm water with one cup honey in a mason jar. Stir to combine, then store in the fridge until needed.
