  • 1 lb. chicken quarters (skin on)
  • Stubb's Bar-B-Q Rub
  • Stubb's Moppin' Sauce (optional)


Easy weeknight Bar-B-Q Chicken

  1. Prepare grill for direct high-heat grilling (approximately 450°F).
  2. In a large pan, rub chicken quarters liberally with Stubb’s Bar-B-Q rub. If desired, slather chicken with Stubb’s Moppin’ Sauce.
  3. Using tongs, place chicken on grill over direct high-heat.  Cook on each side for 7-10 minutes, until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached. Remove from grill and let stand for five minutes before serving.
