Easy frozen fruit crisp

  • 1 bag frozen peaches (or cherries or other stone fruit of choice)
  • 1 bag frozen wild blueberries
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup sugar


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a medium pot combine the frozen fruit with sugar and cornstarch.  Stir to blend well. Cook on medium heat making sure to stir the cornstarch in. Once mixture comes to the boil and reduced slightly, remove from heat.
  3. Pour hot fruit filling into a well buttered 9½ by 8-inch baking dish. Sprinkle granola topping over filling, covering it completely. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until it's bubbling .
