Easy chocolate ganache

  • 227 grams dark chocolate chunks
  • 1 cup whipping cream


  1. Place chocolate chunks in a medium glass bowl.
  2. In a medium sauce pan, add whipping cream and bring to simmer stirring to avoid burning. Once its starts a rolling simmer, remove from heat and pour over chocolate. Whisk until chocolate as melted and has become thick and glossy.
