Double chocolate cherry cookies

  • 2-1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup dried cherries


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine almond flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Cream the butter with sugars in a large bowl. Add in eggs and vanilla until combined. Gradually add in flour mixture. Stir in chocolates and cherries. Using a small ice cream scoop place scoops on parchment paper lined baking sheets about five centimeters apart.
  4. Bake seven to eight minutes or until edges are golden. Cool on a cookie rack and enjoy!
