1 can coconut milk

5 large egg yolks

114 grams unsalted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)

255 grams fine-quality bittersweet chocolate (not unsweetened), chopped

1/4 cup coffee liqueur (optional)

Fruit of choice (eg: berries)
Directions
- Melt chocolate in double boiler or a metal bowl set over a pan of simmering water stirring frequently.
- Add egg yolks, coconut milk, vanilla, butter and coffee liqueur.
- Whisk together until thick and smooth.
- Remove from the heat.
- Spoon mousse into eight stemmed glasses or ramekins and chill.
- Top with berries and serve.
