Dalgona iced coffee

Ingredients

Dalgona whipped coffee:

  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons hot water

Dalgona iced coffee:

  • 1 cup cold milk
  • Dalgona whipped coffee
  • Ice

Directions

Dalgona whipped coffee:

  1. Combine instant coffee, sugar and water to a medium sized mixing bowl and whisk until desired thickness. If using a whisk this will take anywhere from five to ten minutes. Using a hand blender will quicken the process to three to five minutes.
  2. *Essentially you need equal parts of each ingredient - increase the amounts for larger batches

Dalgona iced coffee:

  1. Add ice and cold milk to a glass and top with Dalgona Whipped Coffee, stir and enjoy!
