Ingredients

  • 60 milliliters (2 ounces) light/white rum
  • 30 milliliters (1 ounce) fresh lime juice
  • 22 milliliters (0.75 ounce) Demerara sugar syrup

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, shake vigorously until combined. Strain into chilled coup. Garnish with a lime twist.
