Cucumber raita

Ingredients

  • 1 English cucumber
  • 1 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 milliliters) ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 milliliter) ground coriander
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Grate cucumber into a bowl. Squeeze out excess liquid. Add cucumber, Greek yogurt, cilantro, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt and pepper to a bowl and stir to combine.
