Cranberry BBQ sauce

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen (or fresh) cranberries
  • 1/4 cup fancy molasses
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 cup ketchup


  1. Place a medium pot over medium heat and add the cranberries, molasses, maple syrup and apple cider vinegar.  Bring to a simmer and cook for three minutes.
  2. Add the smoked paprika, Worcestershire and ketchup and stir well.  Simmer on low, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes.  Remove from heat and cool. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge.
