Ingredients

  • 2 x large bags blue tortilla chips
  • 2 x large bags white corn tortilla chips
  • 1 cup green onions
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • 1 cup black beans
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 2 cups chili, warm
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 cups ground beef
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup mushrooms, cooked
  • Sriracha, sauce
  • Cheese whiz, heated

Directions

  1. This recipe is meant to be fun and super simple allowing you more time to watch the big game. 
  2. First on a large table layout in large bowls, all the bases for the nachos. This is the tortilla chips. Feel free to use your own favourite chips as the base for this tasty DIY dish. 
  3. Place all the following topping ingredients in small bowls. This was your guests can easily see and choose all the fun different toppings.  
  4. Encourage your guests to try all different topping combinations layering the toppings on top of the different base of chips. 
  5. Finish by squeezing the sauces on top as a garnish and enjoy the big game!
