Coleslaw with mustard vinaigrette

A tasty coleslaw that goes with any dish. Plus, it literally only takes two steps to make

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 clove of garlic minced
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 bag of coleslaw
  • 2 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • ½ teaspoon celery seeds

Directions

  1. In large bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper. Toss with coleslaw mix.
  2. Stir in parsley and celery seeds. Let stand 10 min. before serving.
