Coffee avocado smoothie

Total Time


  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or coconut nectar
  • 8 oz coconut beverage
  • 8 oz coffee
  • Pinch of pink salt
  • 1-2 tablespoons collagen protein powder (optional)


  1. Blend all ingredients together, then split into 2 servings.
  2. Enjoy a serving immediately and put the second serving in a tightly sealed 500 mL Mason jar to enjoy later.
