Globetrotting design maven and entrepeneur Debbie Travis knows a thing or two about delicious cocktails, and is sharing her absolute favourite recipes with us!

Ingredients

For the pinot paradiso:

  • 118 milliliters Pinot Grigio
  • 40 milliliters Dark Rum
  • 45 milliliters Vanilla Bean Syrup
  • 45 milliliters Pineapple Juice
  • Lime wedges for garnish

For a Tuscan holiday:

  • 118 milliliters prosecco
  • 40 milliliters gin
  • 40 milliliters cherry brandy
  • Crushed ice
  • Sprig of rosemary for garnish

For a White Christmas:

  • 118 milliliters vanilla vodka
  • 145 milliliters coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate liqueur
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg for garnish
  • 1 flakey chocolate cookie

For the chocolate-mint martini:

  • 118 milliliters chocolate almond milk
  • 40 milliliters chocolate liqueur
  • 40 milliliters peppermint liqueur
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 candy cane for garnish
  • Sprig of mint for garnish

Directions

For the pinot paradiso:

  1. Put ice in a cocktail shaker
  2. Add all the above ingredients.
  3. Shake, strain, garnish with lime, and enjoy!

For A Tuscan holiday:

  1. Using a coupe glass, fill with the crushed ice.
  2. Pour in the prosecco.
  3. Take the sprig of rosemary and bruise it by banging it between your palms, or with a pestle to let out the flavour.
  4. Put in glass.
  5. Gently pour in the brandy and the gin so they sink to the bottom.

For A White Christmas:

  1. Put ice cubes in a shaker and add all of the ingredients.
  2. Shake, and strain into a glass.
  3. Garnish with rolled chocolate flakey cookie, use a straw to sip.

For the chocolate-mint martini:

  1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker of ice.
  2. Shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into martini glass.
  4. Add a candy cane and a spring of mint for garnish.
  5. Optional: rim your martini glass with crushed candy cane.
