Ingredients

  • 90 milliliters Pimm’s #1
  • 30 milliliters gin
  • 22 milliliters lemon Juice
  • Top with Jamaican-style ginger beer
  • Garnish with cucumber spear, mint, strawberry, blackberry, bamboo spear
  • Served in a hurricane glass

Directions

  1. In a classic hurricane glass, fill with ice and pour 90 milliliters Pimm #1, 30 milliliters gin, 22 milliliters freshly squeezed lemon juice, and top with Jamaican style ginger beer.  Stir with bar spoon until desired dilution.  Garnish with strawberry, blackberry, and cucumber spear.  Pluck fresh spring of mint and float on top of cocktail.
