- Preheat oven to 425 F (205 C).
- Unroll sheet of puff pastry. Brush sheet with melted butter and sprinkle evenly with brown sugar and ground cinnamon. Roll dough up tightly into a log, pressing the seam down to seal. Slice log into 2.5 centimeter pieces. Lay pieces flat on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes, or until pastry is golden brown.
