Chocolate malt

We bet you've never seen a chocolate malt like this before! It's so deliciously sweet, you'll want to share it with a friend.



  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 3 tablespoons malted milk powder
  • 5 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 4 tablespoons chocolate frosting
  • 1/2 cup tiny chocolate candies (mini M&Ms)
  • 2 chocolate glazed doughnuts
  • Whipped cream
  • Bar of chocolate


  1. Place ice cream, vanilla, milk, malted milk powder, and four tablespoons of chocolate syrup in a blender and blend until smooth.   
  2. Frost the the top lip (one-and-a-half inches) of a mason jar with frosting and roll in chocolate candies to completely coat.
  3. Drizzle remaining chocolate syrup along the the inside walls of the jar to create a pretty pattern. Pour in milkshake. 
  4. Stack doughnuts on top of jar, and garnish with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and a fun straw.
