Cherry almond bowl

Easy cherry chia jam:

  • 1-1/2 cups frozen cherries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1-1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup plant based Almond yogurt
  • 2 Shredded Wheat Big Biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons chia jam
  • 4 cherries, halved
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sliced almonds
  • 1/2 teaspoon hemp hearts


  1. In a saucepot, heat the cherries until they start to bubble and break down. Add the lemon juice, and maple syrup, and remove from the heat. Stir in the chia seeds and let set in the fridge overnight.
  2. To assemble, place the almond yogurt onto the bottom of the bowl. Top with the Shredded Wheat Big Biscuits, two tablespoons of cherry chia jam, cherries, almonds and hemp hearts.
