Broken pavlova dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 milliliters) chilled heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) lime juice
  • 6 store-bought meringue nests
  • 480 milliliters blueberries
  • Lime zest, to garnish

Directions

  1. Add heavy cream to a mixing bowl and whip until soft peaks form. Add lime juice and whip until stiff peaks form.
  2. Crush the meringue nests and fold into whipped cream. Layer whipped cream mixture and blueberries in glasses.
  3. Garnish with lime zest.
