Bright start fruit salad

At a picnic, potato or pasta salads are pretty classic but because I want to spend as little time in the kitchen as possible, I’m opting for this lovely fruit salad instead. It combines sweet green grapes with kiwi, strawberries, raspberries, and pomegranate arils. It’s such a gorgeous salad that the whole family will approve of.


  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup quartered strawberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate arils


  1. In a large bowl, gently toss together all of the ingredients.
  2. Serve immediately as is or topped with some vanilla yogurt.
