Bourbon sour spritz

  • 44 milliliters (1.5 ounces) bourbon
  • 44 milliliters (1.5 ounces) lemon juice
  • 15 milliliters (1/2 ounce) maple syrup
  • 30 milliliters (1 ounce) apricot puree
  • Sparkling wine or cava


  1. Add ice to a cocktail shaker and then pour bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup and apricot puree over top. Shake shake shake! Pour over ice in a rocks glass and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with an apricot slice and enjoy!
